PAULA CROWN: Freezing Rain

Installation

Freezing Rain (2018), a site-specific sculpture reimagined from an earlier version, was made of hand-drawn dichroic plexiglass raindrops and represents a moment frozen in time. Cascades of rain suspended in time and space begged the viewer to contemplate their vantage point and their surroundings more slowly, more closely.
