Kendal Henry
New York City
Kendal Henry is a New York City-based artist and curator who has over 30 years of experience in the field of public art. Through his projects, he illustrates that public art can be used as a tool for social engagement, civic pride, and economic development. He’s currently the Assistant Commissioner of Public Art at the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and an adjunct professor at NYU, as well as a guest lecturer at various universities and educational institutions including Pratt Institute and Rhode Island School of Design. Kendal served as the Director of Culture and Economic Development for the City of Newburgh, as well as the Manager of Arts Programs at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Arts for Transit. He was also the Curator-at-large at the Museum of Contemporary African Diaspora Art (MoCADA) in Brooklyn, NYC, and was elected to serve two 3-year terms on the Americans for the Arts Public Art Network Council.
Leslie Moody Castro

Leslie Moody Castro lives between Mexico City and Austin, Texas. In Austin, she co-founded Co-Lab projects, curated at spaces such as Women and Their Work and Mexic-Arte Museum, and worked at the Jack S. Blanton Museum of Art, Lora Reynolds Gallery, and Artpace San Antonio. Her most recent independent curatorial projects have been collaborative and international in scope. She is committed to expanding the world of visual arts across borders by initiating moments of international connections and conversations and has dedicated her professional career to opening the doors between Mexico and Texas. Moody Castro has produced projects and exhibitions at Co-Lab Projects, Texas State University, CentralTrak Dallas, Contemporary Art Month San Antonio, and The Visual Arts Center at the University of Texas at Austin.
